That is if you consider rats pets. On our first night we already heard some weird noises that we suspected were rats. It didn’t take long ( second night) for us to be woken up by rats running around the place. At 3am I turned on the lights and there he was, a little gray rat digging through our stuff. We immediately booked a different hotel and left. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

An excellent hotel...if you like to live with rats. We stayed for 4 nights and occasionally we were hearing rats sounds but we never expected at our last night that we were gonna stay with them as well. The shock was immerse (rats are so dirty) and since the room was small and our stuff was on the floor we could only imagine what could have happen to our clothes money etc. The best part is that they didn't have an empty room for us so we had to sleep all night in a kitchen table. Of course they avoided to give compensation for the service that they never provided. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We stayed here earlier this month and for the price I can’t fault it. It’s very clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The shared bathroom/toilet were kept very clean too. The location is good with regards to public transport

Bed bugs at the Flipper Hotel: STAY AWAY

I booked the Flipper Hotel for my stay during the IBC conference. Unfortunately, the first room was riddled with bed bugs. The hotel staff moved my wife and I into a second room, where there were EVEN MORE BED BUGS. The entire hotel is infested with bed bugs. A sleepless second night, with the lights on, which did not deter the bed bugs. We had to move out immediately, at extra expense. We did get some of our money back from our booking agent, but the hotel refused to give us back our city taxes, which we had to pay upfront upon arrival. So, two important details: 1. YOU WILL GET BITTEN MANY TIMES BY BED BUGS; and, 2. The management will try to scam you out of your money. STAY AWAY FROM THE FLIPPER HOTEL. SMALL, CRAMMED, AND FILLED WITH BED BUGS. WE HAVE MANY PHOTOS OF BITES AND ACTUAL BUGS TO PROVE IT.

Tiny rooms. Parking is expensive. Far from the city center. It’s not worth the money even though it’s cheap. No windows in the room, no air in the rooms. You get what you pay for, so make sure to pay for a room at another hotel.
